SUPPLY CHAIN CONSULTANT

• We are looking for a Supply Chain Consultant with a strong background in consulting and supply chain management, focused on operations strategy and process design, to lead high-impact projects across multiple industries. In this role, you will be responsible for diagnosing, redesigning, and transforming end-to-end supply chain processes, enabling more efficient, agile, and scalable operations aligned with business strategy. You will work closely with senior stakeholders, driving initiatives that have a direct impact on business performance. This position is ideal for professionals coming from top consulting firms who have led complex supply chain initiatives and are looking to continue growing in a strategic, client-facing role.

• Lead consulting projects focused on supply chain strategy, process design, and operational optimization.
• Assess current-state operations through process mapping, stakeholder interviews, and data analysis to identify improvement opportunities.
• Design and deliver solutions in areas such as: demand planning and S&OP, end-to-end process optimization, inventory strategy and service level design, logistics and transportation efficiency, warehouse and distribution center operations.
• Develop analytical models and scenario-based solutions to support decision-making.
• Define and implement end-to-end operating models and processes aligned with client strategy.
• Facilitate workshops with cross-functional stakeholders, including operations, supply chain, finance, and leadership teams.
• Structure project plans, deliverables, and implementation roadmaps.
• Support clients through execution and adoption, ensuring measurable business impact.
• Act as a strategic advisor to senior leadership.

8+ years of experience in supply chain, ideally combining industry and consulting experience. Strong expertise in: demand planning / S&OP, supply chain processes and operating models, inventory management, logistics and distribution, supply chain process improvement Proven experience leading projects and managing stakeholders at a senior level. Strong focus on problem structuring, analytics, and solution design. Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills. Strategic thinking with strong execution capabilities. High level of ownership and results orientation.
